When you’re truly done and ready to reclaim your power, Aura Armour becomes your ritual for clearing space and cutting energetic ties.

Roll the blend across your heart space, solar plexus, and the back of your neck. Close your eyes and take three slow breaths.

Visualise the cords connecting you to the situation or person. Gather them gently and cut them away.

Let them dissolve and return your attention to yourself.

See your energy returning to you, whole and sovereign.
