We’re confident you’re going to fall for your blend — but if something’s not right, let’s talk.
Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you’ve been sent the wrong item, email us at ride@rideordiebotanicals.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right. Think of it as customer care with soul.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 anywhere in Australia - or free when you spend $100 or more.

Orders are packed with love (and recyclable materials) and typically head out the door within
2–4 business days. ​Once your parcel is with the post office, it’s in their hands — but you’ll get tracking updates so you can keep an eye on your ritual-in-a-bottle.

Ride or Die Botanicals is Australian made and for now, shipped only within Australia. If international interest grows, we'll revisit - but for now, this magic is staying local.
