I've spent more than 20 years working in Governance, Risk and Compliance. A world built on logic, structure and performance. ​
And yet, for just as long, I've relied on scent, ritual and energy work to navigate life beyond the corporate world.
Essential oils have been part of my life for over 30 years. They've travelled in my handbag, sat on every desk I've worked at and quietly supported me through breakdowns, breakthroughs and everything in between.
​I don't go anywhere without them.
They are my ride or die.

Ride or Die Botanicals was created from a simple frustration. I couldn't find products that worked the way I needed them to.
Most blends smelled nice, but they didn't do much else.
I wanted something different. Tools that could support emotional steadiness, energetic boundaries and clear thinking in the middle of real life.
So I began creating them for myself.
Over time those blends became rituals. Small moments that helped me return to myself when life felt loud, heavy or overwhelming.
